Sports physicals done at the Walgreen's Take Care Health Clinics by Licensed APNPs is acceptable for participation in Metro Volleyball Conference.
I was made aware that these physicals do qualify and are acceptable for WI high school athletics, as well.
This is a nice alternative to a doctor visit and much lower cost for those who may not have insurance coverage
